BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Booking in advanced is highly advised to ensure you get your preferred time and can be made by email, telephone, text or WhatsApp. Please note that being ready for the therapist will ensure you will get the most out of the time you have booked.

You can help prepare in the following ways:

  • Provide access details regarding parking, entry codes and orientation of building.

  • The therapist will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled booking to set up the space. Please ensure there is a 3m x 2m space for the massage table to be set up and the therapist to be able to effectively work within otherwise it may impact on the booking time.

  • For your comfort, please bring a dressing gown and slippers and shower before the treatment.

  • Before the treatment starts the therapist will carry out a brief consultation to understand your needs more deeply and you will be required to sign a consent form. If time allows you may prefer to do this beforehand.

  • Please note if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms our therapists are not obliged to carry out the treatment and also reserve the right to request that masks are worn.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations within 28 days or more notice: 90% reimbursement of total booking fee.

  • Cancellations between 14 - 27 days’ notice: 50% reimbursement of total booking fee.

  • Cancellations with 48 hours – 13 days’ notice: 10% reimbursement of total booking fee.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 0% reimbursement of total booking fee.

Cancellations may be made by email or telephone and only cancellations that have been acknowledged in writing as received by Sosna Massage will be honored.

Sosna Massage reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and if unable to reschedule the client will receive a full refund.
